Terms of Service

Bezelique is an independent community for people who talk about steel sports watches. Not affiliated with any brands. No official marks. Names of models are used by members to describe watches, not as a claim of any official relationship.

You must give a working email and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is posted from your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, including the repeat-infringer policy below.

Posts, comments, and photographs are user-generated. You may upload material only if you own it or have the rights you need to post it here, including any photograph of a watch on a wrist. You give Bezelique a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute that material solely so the community can operate: showing it on the site, making copies needed for hosting, and removing it when these terms or the law require it.

Do not post material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other right. Do not post counterfeit watches for sale or promote counterfeit watches, sellers, or payment links. Do not harass people, and do not use the floor for spam.

Bezelique will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. A copyright strike is recorded when a steward removes material in response to a copyright report or a valid takedown notice. Accounts that accumulate copyright strikes may be terminated.

We may remove or hide posts and comments that break these terms, and we respond to notices described on the Copyright / DMCA page. Signed-in members can report a post or comment from the page where it appears.

The community is provided as a place for conversation. Members speak for themselves. Bezelique does not promise that a watch, seller, or photograph is authentic, and it does not broker sales.
